The Beulah X boaters travelled to Oshkosh on July 19 & 20 to compete in the Oshkosh X-treme Regatta.  Forty eight (48) crews attended the two day event in which three races were completed on Day 1.  Minnetonka demonstrated it's one of the ILYA's strongest X programs by placing all five of its entries in the top eleven places. Addy Ferguson and Jack Bitney took first place followed by Geneva's Joe and Henry Rolander, White Bear's Willy Crary and Susie Voltz, Minnetonka's Griffin Robilard & Max Berstein, and White Bear's Eddie and Kate Cox.  All five of these crews compete in high school sailing during the off season.

Beulah's top finisher was the team of Katie Klement & Teresa Westin in 10th place.  The ladies also had the top Beulah race finish with a second place.  Other sailors competing from Beulah were Andrea and Scotty Sullivan (12), George & Nora Kiernan (13), Mary Claire Kiernan & Sara Kubicek (18), and Riley Schmidt & Morgan Keck (20).  Cullen Barr & John Berg finished 23rd followed by brothers Michael & John Barr (28), Alicia Rotier & Brianna Probst (29), and Patrick Schmidt & Max Kunz (32).

Next up is a Friday practice followed by the WYA Class X Regatta.  The event will be hosted by Oconomowoc Yacht Club.  Beulah's Milt Haeger will be the PRO.
